This diagram, obviously, illustrates the educational process movement. All of the educational stakeholders are working harmoniously to push this process forward. The base of the process is the content standards that are the core of the process; what the learners should attain. The pillars of the process are instruction and assessment. They work side by side to keep the temple erected and their roles are interchangeable but crucial in supporting the student learning that is the ultimate goal on top of the entire educational process.

The authentic force of the process has divergent resources, mainly fueled by the (1) learner (2) teacher (3) parents (4) counselors and administrators (5) society and (6) decision makers.
Noticeably, the learner has the most important role in the educational process, since; he exerts the most considerable efforts to steer it forward. This diagram demonstrates the student as a self-directed learner who uses his/her meta-cognitive skills to lead the process efficiently. Whereas the teacher’s role is clearly predictive as he/she designs adequate materials, learning plans and works hard to apply them appropriately. Even in the most teacher-lead traditional educational systems, the learner will still assume the same role. If the learner and the teacher assume to play a major role in the educational process, the parents’ role cannot be neglected, as they help monitoring their kids’ progress. The former is the only person who can construct the knowledge and process it his own way whereas the later is a facilitator who directs the learning process in an apt direction. Education counselors as well as administrators work side by side to pull the educational process ahead. Counselors may assist and supervise the learners whilst the administrators assist and help the teachers. The educational authorities including the society decision makers provide supporting forces to move the process forward. Albeit, the later has greater influence than the former due to their financial assistance, the society responsibility is very crucial to boost the educational process.


Concisely, without all these cooperative efforts working synchronically in harmony, the educational process will not proceed and the sanctuary will inevitably suffer a breakdown.
